Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed

COMMENTS:
There are lowland areas that might get surface water saturation during
winter months. Proposed site building meets the required building
setbacks from low areas to proposed structure. Lowland areas function as
a water recharge and filtration for well; these areas should be kept clean
from debris (metal, wood, etc) .
