Dear Mr. and Mrs . Dahl
On 05/03/2000, our office received a complaint which
resulted in a site investigation on 05/10/2000 . It was the
determination of the inspector at that time, that the complaint
was valid and a violation of Mason County Ordinance 45-99 did
occur.
As of today, we have not received an after the fact permit
application for the work which took place . I have enclosed the
application package for you to complete and submit . Please make
the necessary arrangements to submit the completed applications
and drawings prior to September 30, 2000 .
