fee,and one copy is to be submitted to Mason County and one copy is to be submitted to Department of Fish and Wildlife(see appendix B for address information). The application fee for the"after the fact"
Mason Environmental Permit is$1,530(permit technican,apply$510 to MEP case and$1020 to this case). A Habitat Management Plan is not required to be submitted.
Please replant area where slight encroachment occurred within the protected stream buffer(75'from stream channel)implement erosion control methods and provide photo documentation by 5116/05.
Contact the Mason Conservation District at(360)427-9436 for technical assistance regarding replanting and erosion control requirement. Please advise Conservation District staffthat a fonnal restoration
plan is not required(no written document is required to be submitted to County based on very limited buffer encroachment.) Thank you for your cooperation.k1f.
