Enclosed are the copies of the Application for Waiver/Appeal for
the Vermillion property, which I believe you spoke with Chris
Anderson about on Friday, June 2, 2000. These were attached on
the back of the original septic plan.
We would appreciate your looking at this waiver and providing us
verification of completion on this property. If this property has
an appropriate septic system, as stated by Mr. Vermillion, are the
inspection forms available for review?
Everyone in this vicinity of Hood Canal has worked very hard to
make sure we continually comply with all Environmental issues to
protect our waters and beach areas. We are trying to maintain
this standard and have not been able to confirm some issues on
the above property, which is giving us some concern.
