COMMENTS:
There is a gully with a seasonal creek (Type V) running along property;
there are also wet areas (water saturated soils) within property, and a
small drainage channel. Perk holes located on a 30% steep slope.
Drainfield location shall meet the 100 foot setback from wet areas. At
time of visit, upper two holes had surface water (standing water) .
