COMMENTS: Design is approvable. The O&M recording received is not for a valid
parcel number. My understanding is that these lots will be combined
and (I presume) will be assigned a new parcel number. When this is
done, an O&M recording will be required on the appropriate parcel.
Installation permit required prior to installation.
