NOTICE is hereby given that the Mason County Hearing Examiner did on February 13,2006 set forth a
decision and assess fines and fees in the amount of$14,650.00 for violations of solid waste regulations
contained in Title 6 of the Mason County Code.
The properry was not cleaned and the total fines due$14,650.00 are more than 30 days past due and shall
be recorded in accordance with Title 15.13.50(D)1 of the Mason County Code.The frees shall be assessed
against the property and be recorded on the assessment roles,and thereafter shall constitute a special
assessment against,and a lien upon the property.Fines in excess of the assessed value shall be a personal
obligation of the property owner and fines assessed against persons who are not the property owner shall be
personal obligations of those persons.
