Box 186 FAX (360) 427-7798 Shelton, Washington 98584 DATE:May 23-2007 TO: Kevan Guptk PAR# 223365200053 My office has been notified that you have been burning illegally on your property at 760 Barbara Blvd. Sept 25,2007 is the second visit to your residence by my office. The purpose of this letter is to advise you that your property is located inside a Smoke Management Zone. And no single fire larger than 4'x4' is permitted at anytime inside these Zones. Also a 50ft Perimeter must be maintained around the pile from any burnable material and no closer than 100ft from any structure. Your lot is not big enough for the required safety area. All land clearing Debris will need to be hauled to a proper Disposal site. If you choose to disregard this warning and continue to burn larger than 4'x4' fires on your property you could receive a citation from this office which would require a mandatory court appearance, a fine of up to $500.00 and/or 90 days in jail. Your compliance is strongly suggested.
