Dear Mr. Fiorini,
On 12-3-92 a "Stop Work" order was left on the structure
presently under construction located at 3021 Mason Lk Dr E.
According to our records, we have no valid permit issued or in
process for this structure.
The failure to stop work, the resuming of work without
permission from the Building Official, or the removal, muitilation,
destruction or concealment of the Stop Work Notice is punishable by
fine and imprisonment .
Please contact this office prior to February 15, 1993 to apply
for an after the fact building permit for this structure.
If you should have any further questions regarding the
requirements for building permits, please refer to the 1991 Uniform
Building Code or you can call the Mason County BUilding Department .
