Concerning the required signature can the Mason County Health
Services document, to,date have been unable to contact the Hills,
either in person or by phone, nor MRS Q Malley
Today I went to Shelton and talked with Grace Miller in the
permit dept concerning your permit, as r wish to protect my
property from any adverse situation. In our conversation I
expressed my concerns about view obstruction and set backs she
gave me the attached plan -shuwin�,7 the corners between the two
houses, how the roof line in the middlo house Gant extend
beyond the other two houses, I told her abt the orange stakes you
planted which extend at least 20 ft beyond that Line towards the
lake. She indicated that she too was concerned abt your plot
plan.
She assured me that you cannot build towrards the Lake any farther
than as shown on that mentioned line except a 4 foot deck.
I also talked to another inspector concerning the signature on
the health form for the well , he said to be very careful before
signing.
In the event that I can't get in touch with the Hills concerning
the Well papers, I think it would behove me to obtain an official
document from you showing that in the event the well becomes
contaminate you or any future owner of that land would bear full
responsibility for ,its repair or replacement and that I should
have the document recorded on the dead, I sure don't want to
replace it should anything go wrong, even if it is considered as
being a remote type situation.
I realize that this letter wail. 4g9ravate you, and I don't wish
to be an obstructionist, but that is valuable property and I will
not allow any thing to devalue it.
