If you have not started any work disregard this letter. If you have started or finished, please call 360-427-9670 ext. 262 to schedule a final inspection. I have placed a tag in your parcel file, which indicates a final inspection needs to be completed for BLD2007-00586. Once the final inspection is completed please call me so I can remove the tag I placed on your official parcel file. As part of the conditions associated with the building permit, shoreline permit, and mason environmental permit(if the bulkhead isn't a replacement project) you need to have a final inspection completed to be in compliance with County regulations. Enforcement action will be taken against you and your contractor if the work was completed without getting the proper inspections done or if you failed to meet any of the conditions on your permits associated with this bulkhead project. Please note that I will be inspecting your bulkhead project in the near future for compliance with Planning Regulations. Please call me upon receipt of this letter at 360-427-9670 at Ext. 577.
