In some cases, setbacks for development from shorelines, steep slopes, streams, and wetlands must be included in your specific proposal; these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below. Although this cabin sits in front of adjacent cabins, the addition will be at the rear of the house and therefore allowed by common-line setbacks which are determined by drawing an imaginary line from the waterward dripline of this residence to the most waterward dripline of the adjacent residences. Any structure greater than 30 inches above average grade must be behind this line.
