The parcel as noted above contains code enforcement violations of the
building/construction and development codes as adopted by Title 14 and Title 15
of the Mason County Code for failure to obtain required permit for retaining walls.
The owner's/owner's agent were informed of the deficiencies and the necessary
steps to bring the parcel into compliance on 10-11-99. The parcel is not in
compliance at this time. The recording of this document does not waive the rights
of Mason County to pursue enforcement action against the owner of record at
this time, future owners who purchase the property in this condition or any party
with any legal interest in the parcel or personal property. The retaining wall
structure has not been permitted, inspected or approved for any use.
