POINT OF BEGINNING of this described line; thence North 04°09'01" West
1170 feet, more or less, to the South line of State Route 106; thence North

TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over the
existing road from the access entrance from Highway 106 on parcel no.32234-44-
00000 to the West line of Parcel 1. The access entrance is approximately 10 feet
west of the West line of Parcel 1. The width of the easement shall be the minimum
width required by Mason County standards;

SUBJECT TO a non-exclusive easement, reserved by the Grantor for road and
utility purposes, over a road to be constructed from the access entrance to
Highway 106 where the West line of the Parcel 1 intersects with the South line of
Highway 106 to the East line of Parcel 1, for access to parcel no. 32235-32-
00130,an approximately 2 acre parcel adjacent to the Northeast corner of Parcel
1. The road shall abut the Highway 106 right of way where physically possible,
and the width of the road shall be the minimum..width required by Mason County
standards;the Grantor will share with the Granter in the maintenance costs for
