COMMENTS:
Site inspection conducted on 9/9/96 . New residence may be constructed on
same foundation and deck with stairs may be reconstructed in same location
as existing deck (which extends 1013" from residence toward lake. Staff
also approved locating stairs on waterward side of new deck down off of
second story deck. The views of the adjacent properties will not be
impacted. Currently the residence is located 50 ' from the ordinary high
water mark and the deck is approximately 41' from the OHWM. A side yard
variance will be required to reconstruct residence including dripline (or
roofline) within the minimum 5 ' sideyard setback. Applications are
enclosed.
