Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed development and it ' s critical values . Common line is determined by drawing an imaginary line between the most waterward dripline of adjacent residences. The NW property line was determined to be 24 feet from waterside boundary. This means that no structure over 30" above grade can project beyond this setback. Basically, the new residence should be sited no further waterward than the existing cabin. Since the house will be within 50 feet of the shoreline, it can not be any taller than 35 feet above average grade.
