Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed development and it ' s critical values. The proposed eight foot extension to the front of house will encroach approximately a foot into common line setbacks. Applicant was advised to contact owner of next door cabin to see if he would remove or have it declared abandoned so that the applicant' s common line setback would increase.
