Common Line Boundary shall be determined using drop lines of adjacent properties west/east, House on west side is 52 feet, and home on east side is 59 feet both measured from Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) . It seems that best location to place a structure (residence/cabin) is at old cabin existing location. RLC, rev. 09/26/96
