As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Shoreline (SPI) site inspection was performed on your property. Below you
will find comments made regarding the proposed development and it ' s
critical values .
In some cases, setbacks for development from shorelines, steep slopes,
streams, and wetlands must be included in your specific proposal ; these
setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS :
Proposed new development will take place following common line
delineation. At time of field visit, it was observed that fill material
was placed within 60 ft of Mason Lake. No erosion control measures were
implemented on site. Applicant shall contain potential runoff into lake' s
water using silt fence and/or hay bales during site preparation and
construction.
