Furthermore, you informed me the Mason County Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in July, 1996 approximately two to three weeks prior to the fire of July 19, 1996. I would like to request from you copies of your investigational report of the July, 1993 fire. I would also like to have a copy of any reports that were prepared of the earlier July, 1996 fire run at Delson. Naturally, if there is a charge for your services in producing these reports, I would be glad to pay such fees. If there is a charge, kindly include the fee bill with your reports.
