Mr. William McTurnal, representing McTURNAL AND DUGGER CORP., has provided Public
Works with estimates and a plat bond to cover the required road and stormwater improvements
associated with the Rainier View Estates Large Lot Subdivision.

The estimate has been reviewed by Public Works, and is considered acceptable, and the amount of
the bond is deemed appropriate. The bond is to remain in effect for one year from September
20h, 1996, after which time, an extension may be given as provided for in Mason County Title 16
regulations.
