CO"IZSSIONERS RESOLUTION NO. 87-8 4
COUNTY ROAD PRO= NO. 1021
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 0445 , known locally as the
Highland Road Road, and more specifically located in
Spr-10/15 T19% R4W, W.M M.P. 6 .43 to M.P. 7.95 , work de-
fined as "construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63, et seq, i.s determined to be
necessary and proper, and
WHFREAS, this project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted County
Annual Road Program pursuant to RCN) 36.81.130 and assigned # 6 thereon.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to apply 2 shots of BST to the above-mentioned road between Mile Post 6 .43
and Mile Post 7.95
°and that said work is to be performed by Day labor in accordance with the
(day labor/contract)
Washington State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted
by Mason County.
BE I'T FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary
and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as follows:
Engineering $
Right-of-Way $
Road Construction $ 32,000.00
Bridge Construction $
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County .Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public neces-
sity, and the County Had Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and pro-
ceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
ADOPTED this 13th day of August , 19 84 .
