BUDGET TRANSFER
GENERAL SERVICES - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION
WHEREAS, a request has been received from General Services
Environmental Health Division for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the General Services
Environmental Health Division budget to accommodate said transfer; and
WHEREAS, it appears the budget transfer is reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that the following budget transferred be adopted:
That a total of $10,000.00 be transferred as follows:
FROM: 562-00-10 Salary and Wages $ 7,200. 00
562-00-20 Personnel Benefits 2,800.00
TO: 562-00-31 Supplies 2, 100.00
562-00-41 Professional Services 3,000.00
562-00-43 Travel 200.00
562-00-45.3 ER&R 1,200. 00
562-00-49 Miscellaneous 3,500.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor by authorized
to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger cards affecting the
General Services Environmental Health Division fund.
