FUND TRANSFER - FAIR ASSOCIATION REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the Mason County
Fair Manager for a transfer of funds from the Current Expense
Fund to the Fair Association Revolving Fund;
WHEREAS, said funds are to be used by fair officials "for
the conduct of the fair" ;
WHREAS, said funds have been budgeted in the Fair Association
Budget for this purpose, and will be reimbursed to the Current
Expense Fund at the completion of the fair business;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason
County Commissioners that the amount of $25, 000 be transferred
from the Current Expense Fund to the Fair Association Revolving
Fund "for the conduct of the fair" ;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor and
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to transfer said
funds into the Fair Association Revolving Fund.
