SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS , by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the
year 1984 , it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as .reauired by RCW 36 . 40 . 100 , due
to a grant from Department of Corrections
for one time impact funds associated with double bunking and
intensive management unit at Washington Corrections Center from
April 1, 1984 thru December 31 , 1984 - in the amount of $277 , 697 . 50 .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners:
That the 20th day of August 19 84 at the
hour of 7 : 15 p.m. a' 4 i the Board of
County Commissioners of Mason County, at the County Courthouse,
Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental
appropriation to the budget for the Sheriff' s Department fund,
in the estimated amount of $ 277 , 697 . 50 for the above-
mentioned purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is
authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such
hearing to be published as provided by law.
