SALES TAX ADVISORY VOTE
WHEREAS, the Board of Mason County Commissioners held a public
hearing on December 5 , 1983 to consider imposing an additional half
cent sales tax in the unincorporated area of Mason County; and
WHEREAS, action was taken on December 5 , 1983 to call for an
advisory vote for consideration of an additional one-half cent
sales tax in the unincorporated area of Mason County for the current
expense budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mason County Auditor
is hereby requested to call and conduct an advisory vote on the
sales tax issue during the general election, November 6 , 1984 .
