COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE
COLE ROAD - NO. 1583
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47.48,010, the COLE ROAD, County
Road Number 1583, lying within Section 33, Township 20 North, Range 3 West,
W. M. , shall be closed to all through traffic at Mile Post for one day.
The closure will be in effect between 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. , Wednesday, August 8,
1984.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners have declared
the above described road closure a public necessity to facilitate the repair of
existing Burlington Northern Railroad Tracks; and that the unrestricted use of
said road during the planned construction is considered dangerous to traffic.
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed as
prescribed by law.
ADOPTED this 30th day of July, 1984.
