SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the
year 19 84 , it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40..100 , due
to a- grant from the United States Government
for drug enforcement services by the Mason County Sheriff ' s
Department, in the amount of $1, 000 . 00 .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners:
That the 6th day of August , 19 84 at the
hour of 9 : 30 O' clock in the morning, the Board of
County Commissioners of Mason County, at. the County Courthouse,
Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the .time
and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental
appropriation to the budget for the Sheriff' s Department fund,
in the estimated amount of $ 1, 000 . 00 for the above-
mentioned purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is
authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such
hearing to he published as provided by law.
