BUDGET TRANSFER - FAIR
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
Fair for a transfer of funds® and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
Fair budget to accommodate said transfers
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$1,000 . 00 From 575-40-63 Imprvmnt Other Than Bldgs
$1, 000 . 00 575-40-48 Repairs & Maintenance
$2 ,000 . 00 To 575-40-64 Machinery
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Fair fund.
