WHEREAS, on Mason County load No. 52210 known locally as the
Mason Lake Road Road., and rrore specifically located in
S. 13, T. 21N, R. 314, W.M. � M.P. 5.02 to M.P. 6.12
as "construction" in the—BARS Manual Page II-63 et. s work defined
g eq, is determined to be neces-
sary and proper, and
WHEREAS, this project is identified as # 14 on the officially adopted
County Annual Road Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
their intention to
Perform preliminary Engineering for the purpose of securing right-
of-way and perform road construction from Emerald Lake to Mason
Lake Est. by contract. County forces to apply B.S.T.
and that said work is to be performed by Day Labor & Contract in accordance with
(day labor/contract)
the Washington State Standard Specifications for load and Bridge Construction as
adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Poad Project is neces-
sary and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as
follows:
Engineering $ 8,500
Right—of—Way $ 6,500 .
Contract - 70,000
Road Construction Day Labor $ 20,000

Bridge Construction $
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public neces-
sity, and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERID AND AUTHORIZED to report and pro-
ceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
