of
EXTENSION TO DICKINSON AVENUE
WHEREAS , on August 29 , 1984 , the Board of County Commissioners
did pass and approve a Resolution of Intention to Establish as a
County Maintained Road, an extension to Dickinson Avenue located in
Section 20 , Township 20N, Range 3 West W.M. Said extension being
. 06 miles in length, and
WHEREAS , after due Notice and Public Hearing, pursuant to law,
and after careful consideration and study of the report submitted
by the Mason County Engineer, finds that the establishment is a
public necessity and practicable®
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason
County Commissioners , that the road, as referenced above, be estab-
lished as part of the Mason County Road System, and the Mason County
Engineer be directed to proceed with said establishment.
