EXTENSION TO MASON AVENUE
WHEREAS, on April 23 , 1984 , the Board of County Commissioners
did pass and approve a Resolution of Intention to Establish as a
County Maintained Road, an extension to Mason Avenue , having a total
length of . 02 miles and is located in Lots 1 & 2 of Block 110 of
Plat of Hoods Canal Land and Improvement Company' s Plan of Union
City, recorded in Volume 1, Page 9D of Plats in the Mason County
Auditor ' s Office, and
WHEREAS, after due Notice and Public Hearing, pursuant to law,
and after careful consideration and study of the report submitted
by the Mason County Engineer, finds that the establishment is a
public necessity and practicable®
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason
County Commissioners , that the road, as referenced above, be estab-
lished as part of the Mason County Road System, and the Mason County
Engineer be directed to proceed with said establishment.
