AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 321 - SURVEY RECORDING ACT
SECTION 3 - COPIES
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest to amend Section 3 -
Copies of Ordinance No. 321 Implementing the Survey Recording Act,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Monday, May 14 , 1984 ,
concerning the fee schedule for copies of survey records in the
Mason County Auditor' s Office ,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, By the Board of County
Commissioners of Mason County, Washington:
SECTION 3 . COPIES. Copies of the record of survey shall be
provided on request according to the following fee schedule .
A. Basic Fee -- First Page $2 . 50
B. Each Additional Paae $1. 00
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that all other Sections of Ordinance
No. 321 shall remain in effect as adopted on June 4 , 1973 .
EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDED SECTION is May 14 , 1984 .
