Box 186 Shelton, Washington 98584 Re: Permit# Com 2001-00105 Thru 00111 To Whom It May Concern: Following advice from Pam Bennett, I am writing p request a cancellation of Planning and Building Permit# COM 2001 00105, 00106, 00107,tb108, 0'-6109, �0100,'00111 and any other outstanding permit applications for permits in Mason County for parcel #32213-12-00020 and parcel#32214-43-00030 which were applied for by Mr. James Tocher on behalf of the Goodenough Community. We were unable to purchase the property in a timely manner and have, therefore, abandoned our plans to improve the property. Therefore, we would appreciate Mason County reimbursement of the fees submitted with the permit application. In addition, I left with you a copy of our architect's plans, and would appreciate them also being returned. Please send the reimbursement and plans to the return address on this stationary.
