Hi Bradley,
I am reviewing the preliminary permit for the Stenerson's ADU. An ADU requires a separate water connection for permit
approval and any requirements associated with it.
The existing home is on the Stonebriar 2 public water system (group B). Unfortunately,when the water system was
approved,this property was not allotted two connections. It was designed for six and these six are all in service.
Moving forward,options are drilling an individual well or potentially"expanding"Stonebriar 2. Expanding means(as
long as it still meets group B connection requirements)submitting a redesign (inspections,workbook,etc.)to the county
for permit approval. The workbook would need to be done by a water system designer or PR,you may want to speak
with the water system manager for details-Brandy Milroy at PUDI,360-877-5249.
