To undertake the following development :
Place large rock adjacent to bank for stabilization in area undercut and
eroded by high water flows and threatening residence; 50 feet length by 4-
feet height. SEPA exempt per WAC 197-11-880.
within TAHUYA RIVER 1471 N.E. Tahuya River Rd. ; Tahuya; R3W,
T22N, S12 .
and/or its associated wetlands is exempt from the requirement of
substantial development because the develpment is Emergency construction
WAC 173-14-040- (D) .

ISSUED: 01/12/95 EXPIRE: 01/12/97
This exemption authorization construction shall be valid for two (2)
years provided construction has begun within two (2) years of approval
date. This exemption may be extended to five (5) years upon request prior
to expiration.
