Complaint: Cutting of large trees on property - falling into Tahuya River. Concerned about possible
large trees in river and flooding.
Dear SANDRA PETERSON
The Planning Department/ Mason County has started an investigation with regards to the
complaint described above and assigned a case number. At this time, the County has not
substantiated if the complaint is valid, but has a responsibility to investigate the matter.
If you contact the Code Enforcement Planner within ten (10) working days of receipt of this letter,
we may be able to quickly resolve this issue.
