The violation(s) are occurring at the following property: Enforcement Case No.: ENF2005-00169 Parcel No.: 322057590010 Site Address: 1560 NE HAHOBAS DR TAHUYA On or about June 16, 2005, this office declared and posted all wood frame structures on this site as "Dangerous Buildings". According to the Mason County Assessor records, parties named above hold legal interest in the parcel and are therefore subject to enforcement action for failure to comply. Records indicate that this enforcement issue has not been resolved and is outstanding at this time. In order to bring your site into compliance you must: 1) Abate the public nuisance violation prior to OCTOBER 28, 2005. Abatement shall include removal of the structure and demolition debris in accordance with all State, County and Federal regulations or submit and obtain repair permits to bring the structures into compliance with code. Note that the removal, mutilation, destruction or concealment of any Notice posted on 6/16/2005 would be deemed a separate violation of Title 14. These buildings were constructed without required building permits. The buildings are located on a parcel owned, used, controlled, maintained, or possessed by George Berube, in violation of the Mason County Developement Code, Section 15.13.020 to wit: Construction of buildings without a valid permit constitutes a violation of the 2003 International Residential Code, Section R105.1 Permits Required. This violation was observed by Building Department Staff, Terry Ryan on June 16, 2005.
