Confirmation that Bald Eagle Management Plan is not required. Dear Mr. Shineman: This letter will serve as verification that Mason County Department of Community Development has confirmed with Greg Schirato, Habitat Biologist of the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife, that the above mentioned property does not require the preparation of a Bald Eagle Management Plan with that State agency in order to develop the parcel . Mr. Schirato has determined that development of this particular parcel will not be in conflict with the eagles as it is already cleared. Mr. Schirato also stated that the adjacent properties contain perch trees on their adjoining property lines and that their future development may require plans. Therefore, staff has notified the Environmental Health Department and the Tidemark computer system that this parcel does NOT REQUIRE A PLAN but the attribute of warning will remain on this parcel because of the adjacent properties . Various staff can readily access this new information so it should not impact future permits . If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you. Sincerely, '4'J&(z Grace Miller, Planner DEPT.
