The investigation was in response to a complaint received regarding the placement of a non-permitted mobile home and was determined to be valid. The structure was posted with a stop work order and it will now be necessary for you to either remove the mobile home from the site or obtain a•building permit to retain it at that location. Enclosed are the building permit application forms and accompanying information. If the unit was manufactured prior to June 15, 1976, additional steps to meet compliance need to be taken and that information is also included with this packet. Please take the necessary steps to either remove the unit or submit for a permit prior to August 28, 1995. Failure to notify this office of your intentions prior to August 28, 1995 will result in further enforcement action. The very old and uninhabitable mobile home has been placed on the property as strictly a storage facility for the protection and security of items needed to keep the property maintained. There will be no one living in the trailer at any time. That is not the intent of the structure. As I am still looking at different options for the property, I do not intend to build on the property for some time. When I do, I will be sure to contact your office for all the applicable permits. As I do not have a phone, please respond as soon as possible by mail so that I may respond to whatever I must do to have a storage facility on MY PROPERTY THAT I DO PAY ALL TAXES AND FEES THAT THE STATE AND COUNTY REQUIRES!
