I just spoke with Mariah and she said that you have everything you need so we're in queue for your review. Is there a time frame I can anticipate? We're getting the building site cleared and it would make the most sense to move directly on to these danger trees for once we start on the house it will be very cumbersome to remove the danger trees. It was noted that all four trees have Rot and Broken areas exposing the core of these trees to internal softening and invisible rot, with the location and proximity to the bank and neighboring house and no wind protection these four trees are a danger to and need to be removed. There are 6 noted Large Cedars outside the building `rea that have bug sign and unhealthy branches these trees also need to be removed, with bug rot c mes the hidden problem of core rot and damage, t the unseen danger, once the building site is cleared ost of these unhealthy trees will be left unprotected with no wind break which allow for bred kage, if left standing they will be certain danger to the new structure being built. . There is no aerial trespass with these unhealthy trees with all the weight on the side of the property, leaning over the high bank which again leads to the fact that when the trees do fall it will ultimately cause sever damage an avoidable uncertainty with the removal of this tree. It is in the best interest of the land owner to eliminate these trees to protect from the spread of the bug infection, and ultimately protecting the remainder of his forest and neighboring trees and forest.
