Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and it ' s critical values .

COMMENTS:
Property includes a TYPE III Stream flowing from Tee Lake. According to
plans submitted, proposed structure will meet the 65 foot building
setback. Banks along stream should remain vegetated and no development
should take place along this area. Cleared areas shold be revegetated to
avoid potential soil erosion along property and water siltation into
stream, especially the low area along well.
