Hi Grace,
I am requesting permission to fall a couple of trees on my property located at 1450 SE Crescent Drive. One appears to be a
Maple and possibly dead.The trunk is black and it lost its leaves last spring.This tree sits about 5 feet from the east side of
my house and about three feet from the northeast corner of the house.The second is a cluster of what appears to be
Maples that have branches overhanging the westbound lane of Crescent and most of my driveway. Attached are photos and
a plot plan.
Sanchez Landscaping is available to do the work October 22nd (next Thursday). Attached is their L&I.
If you want me to fill out some paperwork, please let me know. I'm available all day today. I can be reached at 360-280-
9608.

I'm unable to print. Can I stop by the Building Dept and pick up a permit? Do I need an appointment? Also, I don't know if
this tree is considered danger or not. Is there a permit for removing trees besides the Hazard Tree permit?
