As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and it ' s critical values.
In some cases, setbacks for development from steep slopes, streams,
wetlands, and waterbodies must be included in your specific proposal;
these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS:
Wetlands and steep slopes on site. Stakes on lot show home site is only
35 feet from wetland edge on north side and 70 feet on south side.
Structures shall be setback 65 feet or more from wetland edge. Wetland
area east of home site has an access point with fill in wetland. A
culvert to allow water to pass between wetland area shall be installed.
No further clearing within 50 feet of wetland is allowed.
