One of those that I found was for a Range Hood Fire Extinguishing System that was issued in September of 2019 for your facility Permit#FIR2019-00027).While plans were approved by this office, there is no record an inspection had ever occurred. To that end, I wanted to ask if I could perform and inspection so the permit could be signed off.The scope of the inspection would be to verify the following: • The system matches what is on the approved plans. • The system is current with the servicing required under the State law. • There is a Class"K"fire extinguisher present. Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to hearing from you.
