N Verify panel is in "Normal" condition and clear of any signals
Kill Power At Electrical panel & verify dedicated circuit, red breaker& lockout 123%
AC Trouble/ No Power displayed?
Activate device(s),verify it activates the alarm and shows correctly on the panel
Check the Notification Alarm Circuit (NAC) for activation of devices. Walk building while
alarm is activated under battery load. Check for all lights and sounds to be in-sync

�—Activate a few other devices in different areas to verify alarm reactivates after being silenced
Reset Alarm
Does panel still show trouble (due to AC power)?
Disconnect Signal Loop Circuit (SLC) to create/verify a trouble for each device on circuit
-- Reconnect SLC. System should reset & only AC trouble showing
Disconnect the communication line &verify communication trouble

Plan Submittal Requirements
Your plan submittal shall include the following:
1. Plans shall be on standard 24"x 36"paper, drawn to scale with dimensions and north arrow.
2. Site and Floor plan with cross sectional and exterior elevations.
3. Location of occupancy and/or area separation walls,partitions, stairway enclosures, concealed spaces, etc.
4. Cut sheets and/or references for all new devices.
5. Location/description of all new and existing devices.
6. Battery calculations.
7. Wiring diagrams per floor or zone overlaid on an accurate floor plan.
8. Electrical riser diagram showing all zones, circuits, devices, and end—of—line resistors.
9. Hydraulic calculations.
10. Copy of Contractors bid.
11. Underground Systems;
a) NICET FPE Certification
b) Underground Civil drawings
c) Bedding detail
d) Truss blocking/Mega Lugs detail
e) Depth/Material for burial
f) Pipe size and Type
Fees
The permit fee will be assessed based on the submitted contractor bid for the project.
A plan review fee will be calculated at 65% of the permit fee.

requirements regulating the work for which the permit is issued and certify that all work will be in compliance
