The grantors, LAWRENCE R. CASTLE and SELMA B. CASTLE, hus-
band and wife, his middle initial sometimes appearing as "K" but
correctly being "R" , for and in consideration of the love and
affection for the grantees, convey and quit claim to their daugh-
ter and son-in-law, CAROL A. SWINDALL and JAMES D. SWINDALL, wife
and husband, the grantee, the hereinafter described real estate,
and all .right, title and interest: that the grantor might now have
or at any time hereafter acquire in and to the hereinafter de-
scribed real estate situated in Mason County, Washington, to-wit:
Mason County Parcel No. 32136-23-00020 and Parcel No.
32136-24-04060. --

AUG 0 41993 The Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter and the Southwest quarter of the

` "36, Township 21 North, Range 3 West, W.M. , excepting
therefrom three tracts of land particularly described
as follows:
(1) BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the
Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter; thence West, along the North line
thereof, 265 feet more or less, to a fence_ which runs
in a Northerly and Southerly direction; thence in a
Southwesterly direction, along the said fence line, 185
feet, more or less, to the Northerly right-of-way line
of the old County Road; thence in a Southeasterly
direction, along said right-of-way line, 300 feet, more
or less, to the East line of said Southwest quarter of
Southeast quarter of Northwest quarter; thence North,
along said East line, 290 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
(2) BEGINNING at the intersection of the East line
of said Southwest quarter of Southeast quarter of
Northwest quarter with the Southerly right-of-way line
of the County Road (Nason Road) ; thence South, along
said East line, 434 feet, more or less, to the South-
east corner of said Southwest quarter of Southeast
quarter of Northwest quarter; thence West, along the
South line thereof, 400 feet; thence Northeasterly 540
feet, more or less, to a point on the Southerly right-
of-way line of said road 312 feet Northwesterly (as
measured along said Southerly right-of-way line) from

(3) COMMENCING at the intersection of the East
line of said Southwest quarter of Southeast quarter of
Northwest quarter with the Southerly right-of-way line
of the County Road (Nason Road) ; thence Northwesterly,
along the Southerly right-of-way line of said road, 312
feet to tiie point of beginning of the tract of land
hereby described; thence Southwesterly 525 feet, more
or less, to a point on the South line of said Southwest
quarter of Southeast quarter of Northwest quarter 400

the Easterly bank of said Cranberry Creek, 600 feet,
more or less, to the Southerly right-of-way line of
said County Road (Nason Road) ; thence Southeasterly,
along the Southerly right-of-way line of said County
Road, 338 feet, more or less, to the point of begin -
ning.
ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom road rights-of-way.
TOGETHER WITH that strip of land for access received by
the grantors from Cecelia Clara Castle in Quit Claim
Deed dated October 26, 1961, recorded November 1, 1961,
under Mason County Auditor' s File No. 190692 and which
is described as follows:
That part of the East fifteen feet of the Southwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 36, Township 21 North, Range 3 West,
W.M. , lying Northerly of Old County Road known as Nason
Road.
