Good morning Genie, We talked with our client, Bob Dressel, about the permit requirements for maintenance at Log Yard Road. I don?t have a lot of background with this site, but basically, Mr. Dressel does not want to do SEPA or get the Geotech report since this maintenance work is to raise the road to correct flooding issues caused by filling a pothole(which was done by someone else and under a permit approved by Mason County). The maintenance work benefits not only our client, but also the other homeowners and Mason County. If the road modification permit can?t or won?t be issued, then Mr. Dressel will not do the work and the road will continue to flood.
