An engineered stormwater report shall be submitted to Mason County Public Works engineer Rich Geiger no later than the close of business on May 5 , 1999 . This report shall state how this site shall infiltrate all storm water after the placement of the fill material . If the engineer determines this site cannot percolate the required amount of storm water , the engineer shall prepare an engineered storm water plan . 2 . Mason County reserves the right to set maximum elevations for the fill material finished surface . Every attempt shall be made to set the elevation to meet the permitted fill amount , but this is not guaranteed . 2 ) 1 . Only clean uncontaminated fill from shall be placed on this site .
