commenced. Evidence of continuation of work is a progress inspection within the 180 day period. Final inspection must be approved before building can be occupied. Proof of continuation of

Hello Mark
Jesse Bloomfield would like to meet in regards to his home. He is going to be"boarding"it up so it is secure until he has
the funds to get a permit. I told him that the structure must be secure and he is allowed to do so with plywood. He has
concerns because he wants to put up T1-11. I told him he would need a permit. The reason he wants to have this
meeting is to discuss any options he may have. I have photos that show the construction and it's pretty massive. He is
asking that perhaps he could 'just board it up with the T1-11 until he can permit the construction'. I told him he would
have to tear the T1-11 down when and if he gets a permit,that it would be used solely as boarding it up for safety reasons.
He was also told that no construction could take place in the interior as well as exterior of the home.
I would like you to be present at this meeting if you don't mind.
